Axsension Partners provides recruiting and talent placement services specializing in the data center construction industry. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for construction management roles including but not limited to Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Executives, and related positions.
Communications
By engaging with Axsension Partners, you consent to receive communications from us including but not limited to emails, text messages, and phone calls related to potential career opportunities or staffing needs. You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us directly at dylan@axsension.com.

Placement Fees
Axsension Partners charges placement fees to client companies for successful candidate placements. Fee structures are outlined in individual client agreements. Candidates are never charged fees for our services.
Confidentiality
Axsension Partners treats all candidate and client information as confidential. We do not share candidate personal information, compensation details, or proprietary company information without explicit consent from the relevant parties.
Limitation of Liability
Axsension Partners provides recruiting services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or hiring results for clients. In no event shall Axsension Partners, Push Local LLC, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
